All Officers, Delegates and members should make every effort to attend this important meeting as there are many matters before the organization that need to be addressed including yearly officer election!

The Policemen’s Benevolent Association of Westchester County welcomes new members to this Association. We look forward to your participation at these monthly meetings where you will be joined by other police officers who share ideas, information, and concerns they may have. All members are welcomed to attend.
2025 MEETING DATES: Please be advised of the 2025 Monthly Meetings. Locations will be announced when determined.
Monthly Meeting will be held on the first Wednesday of: January, March, May, June, September,
October, November and December.
2024 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS ELECTION / BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION RESULTS: The Board of Directors of the P.B.A. of Westchester County Inc. congratulates the following members on their election to serve as executive officers of our organization for 2025/2026.

DUES REMINDER: Active Members dues are $180.00 per year, dues are due on or before January 1, 2024 and members who pay their 2024 dues by January 1, 2024 can pay $165.00 ($15.00 or 1 month less than $180.00) Retired member dues are $25.00 for 2024 and member cards and stickers will be mailed out to address on record upon receipt of dues) All dues, active and retired, are due on or before January 1, 2024. Postmarked or in office by.
2025 COMMITTEES: The President and The Board of Directors are seeking members to serve on our 2024 Committees.
The Committees are:
The Awards Committee, The Scholarship Committee, The Endorsement Committee, The Legislative Committee, the By- Laws Committee and the Association Events Committee (A.K.A. the Good and Welfare committee).

DELEGATE ELECTIONS: All Departments MUST elect delegates for the 2025 calendar year. Please contact the office manager at the PBA office for Delegate election forms. All delegates need to be elected and reported to the PBA by January 1, 2025.
All delegates of record will be receiving delegate election forms with standard operating procedures for delegate elections - these will be made available during 2nd half of November.
NOTICE BYLAW AMENDMENT: All members are notified that on May 3, 2023 at the General meeting the executive Officers and Delegates of record for 2023 passed a set of bylaw amendments proposed at the March 1, 2023 meeting. The 7 Bylaw amendments are 1., Article II (INITIATION)-Section IV (A). 2., Article III-Section I (B). 3. Article III-Section II. 4. Article III-Section IIIA subsections 4,5,6 and 7. 5. Article VIII-Section III Duties of Officers. 6. Article VII-Section I 7. Article X - Standing Committees. For any additional information regarding the proposed bylaw amendments please feel free to contact office via phone or email.
MEMBER SERVICES: Any member who has a side business, who offers a service, or has an item for sale, can call the P.B.A. office and we will include it in the next monthly meeting notice at no cost. Anyone who would like to display a get-well message can contact the P.B.A. office and we will be happy to display the message for you.
NOTE: Please let us know when you move so we may update our records and get any and all information to you. It is also important to contact our office and change beneficiary form information after all divorces, separations, births or deaths.
SALES: If anyone would like to sign out P.B.A. merchandise to sell to their department, or purchase merchandise, please contact the P.B.A. office. Also, we have new merchandise, embroidered hats and embroidered golf shirts. You will be able to see and purchase these items at our monthly member meetings and at the P.B.A. office in Pleasantville. The cost of the embroidered hats is $15.00 each and the cost of the embroidered golf shirts are $20.00 each. Knit winter caps are $15.00.
OUTSTANDING MONTHLY DUES: Dues are $15.00 per month, and any member who is four (4) months past due, will be sent a notification indicating that they will be put on suspension. While on suspension, neither a member, nor his beneficiaries, shall be entitled to any benefits of this association. Any member who is six (6) months past due, will be taken off the active rolls of membership of this association. PLEASE BRING DUES UP-TO-DATE IMMEDIATELY.
YEARLY DUES-YEARLY DUES ARE DUE JANUARY 1, 2025 AND ARE $180.00/$15.00 PER MONTH. DUES WILL BE REDUCED TO $165.00 IF PAID BY JANUARY 1, 2025, IF YOU ELECT TO YOU CAN PAY 1/2 OF YOUR YEARLY DUES IN 2 PAYMENTS OF $90.00. 1ST PAYMENT DUE ON JANUARY 1, 2025 AND THE SECOND PAYMENT OF $90.00 DUE ON JULY 1, 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: As of May 1st, 2010 the Newsletter/Monthly Meeting notice will only be available on the PBA website : www.PBAofWestchesterCountyInc.com and the monthly dues sheets will be emailed to the delegates of record.
